Newport Terms/Shipping

I guarantee live arrival as well as a two day satisfaction period on all geckos signed at pickup and immediately put into a correct environment. All guarantees are void if the customer is not at home to receive the gecko. If the gecko is deceased upon arrival, contact me as soon as possible and email me a picture. If not satisfied with the gecko's condition or if something is wrong with the gecko, contact me within the two day period to work out a refund or receive a replacement. Both before and after the sale I will be more than happy to help with any husbandry issues. Please make sure that your geckos caging/housing is ready when it arrives. I am not responsible for the gecko if the caging is unacceptable to house a leopard gecko. After the two day period all sales are final unless otherwise stated by me.

I will hold an animal for 14 days with a 25% non refundable deposit. Full payment must be received before I send the gecko.

Temperature sexing is not guaranteed.

Depending on my preference I will ship using Fedex Priority Overnight or UPS Priority Overnight. All geckos will be shipped with proper insulation and a heat or cold pack when necessary. Shipping will be billed to the buyer and I will give you the quote on shipping before sending the animal. Shipping normally costs $45 but could change depending on the situation. Shipping is only available for the continental U.S. at this time.

I accept money orders and personal checks. Personal checks must be cleared before the geckos are shipped. Paypal coming soon!
