We guarantee the live arrival of a healthy gecko. You MUST be home to sign for the package. We will not be held responsible for animals that are left outside or not delievered because the customer is not home. Each gecko comes with a 72 hour guarantee. If you are at all dissatisfied, please let us know within this time period. If the animal arrives deceased, please take a photo and let us know immediately. We will need the photo to verify any problems. We can not be held responsible for any issues that are out of our control such as weather conditions, or carrier delays. If a delivery is not signed for, your guarantees are void. Refunds or exchanges are handled on a case by case basis, but shipping costs are NOT refundable. If you have any problems, please contact us immediately, and we will try to find a solution. We like to know that our geckos have arrived safetly to their new homes. A quick email or phone call would be greatly appreciated when you receive them! The sex of younger animals is not guaranteed. While we do incubate specifically for sex, we cannot always determine the sex of an animal that is under 25 grams.
