Payments All orders must be paid in full including the shipping costs before being shipped. Accepted methods of payments are Pay Pal, money orders, or personal checks. Personal checks are subject to bank clearance before we actually ship the geckos. Hold Policy We will hold any gecko for you for two weeks with a 25% deposit. If after the two weeks have expired and the animal is not paid for in full the 25% deposit will not be refunded. We will work with you in every situation as long as you stay in contact through either emails or phone calls. After the two weeks have expired, the animal will go back up for sale. Shipping Geckos are shipped in individual deli cups and packed into an insulated box filled with newspaper to guarantee them a safe ride. Since we are located in PA we sometimes have extreme weather conditions. We will use our discretion when it comes to shipping during the hottest days of summer and the coldest days of winter. Animals will be shipped with heat/cold packs as necessary. We ship only Monday-Wednesday to the lower 48 states via UPS. Geckos should arrive the next day before 10:30 am. Shipping will be actual cost ($40-$55 depending on your location), and you will be provided with a tracking number.
